LNG Storage Tank Connection Lines Evaporator and Odorizing

As Green Automation Energy JSC, all of the connection lines and equipment are supplied under suitable conditions and presented to customer in order to meet their needs.

EVAPARATOR (VAPORIZER)

    It is used to bring -162o C liquid phase LNG to 15o C operating and burning temperature.

  • +

    It has a simple structure and is manufactured by welding aluminum fins on the stainless steel pipe.

  • +

    With the fin structure, the temperature of the LNG in the liquid phase is increased with the heat transfer realized due to the external temperature.

  • +

    The number and capacity of evaporators are selected depending on the amount of consumption and especially on the outdoor temperature during the winter months.

  • +

    Two are selected for safety (risk of clogging due to snow). 3 pieces can be chosen in extremely cold regions.


ODORIZING TANK

  • +

    Since LNG is colorless and odorless, an odorizing unit is created to detect the gas in case of a possible leak.

  • +

    Tetra hydro thiophene (garlic scent) substance is used.

  • +

    It is assembled to evaporator’s outlet due to the low temperature of LNG.
